The cooking of cakes for the cake "Caprice"
- sugar – 1 glass;
- honey – 2 tablespoons;
- chicken eggs – 2 pieces;

- vanilla sugar – 1 packet;
- cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon.
First, carefully separate the egg yolks from the whites.
In order to separate the protein from the yolk, make a well in the shell puncture with a thick needle, drain the protein, and the yolk remains in the shell.
Mix the prepared egg yolks with vanilla, sugar and slowly stir in the sifted flour. Add cocoa powder and carefully RUB. In a small saucepan, place the milk on a slow fire and bring it to a boil. In boiling milk, pour the yolk mixture and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Turn off the heat, cool a little and blend, adding the butter, beat with a mixer until smooth.
