For the preparation of Laurel oil, you need fresh or dried Laurel leaves and vegetable oil. For therapeutic purposes, use fresh leaves that were collected less than a year ago. Go to the market and buy the leaves on the branch. When choosing them, pay attention to quality. Fresh Bay leaf good quality should have a dark green color and spicy flavor. Not get faded or yellowed leaves, as they are not suitable for consumption. If you can't find fresh leaves, take dry. The dry leaves should be a light olive.
