You will need
- cauliflower – 1 Kachan;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- greens (dill
- parsley
- Basil – 1 bunch;
- salt – to taste.

Thoroughly rinse the cabbage, place in a colander and let the water drain out. Divide cauliflower cabbage into equal florets and place into a deep microwave-safe bowl. Note
