Use a 2-liter plastic bottle. It must be empty, clean and dry. You can remove the label to observe the experiment. Take a sharp scissors and cut approximately 7.5 - 8 cm of the upper part of the bottle. The excess emissions.

About half fill prepared 2l bottle with dry ice. Always wear gloves when handling dry ice, because touching it can lead to serious injury.

For the production of liquid nitrogen, dry ice, you need to add isopropyl alcohol (in other words, medical alcohol). To safely add the alcohol, using a large needle make several holes in the bottom and sides 500 ml plastic bottle. Then put it inside a 2-liter bottle and gently place between the pieces of dry ice. A large part of the smaller bottle should be covered with dry ice. As necessary, you can add dry ice. Make sure that the holes a small bottle is open and dense particles do not block the access.

Gently pour a small amount of alcohol in a large plastic bottle on top of dry ice. The result of combining two compounds will be the education of liquid nitrogen, which will flow into the lower bottle through the holes you created earlier, and to condense.
