You will need
- conventional radio, flat screwdriver, hand analyzer electromagnetic field.
Instruction
1
Improvised "catcher" electromagnetic radiation is a conventional radio receiver, preferably something of the cheapest models. They react to electromagnetic interference. To the antenna of such a receiver fasten a loop of wire or wire (with a radius of not less than 20 centimetres), rebuild the radio to a frequency where no broadcast and walk around the house, listen to how to change the sound. Where distortion is most clearly audible, there is electromagnetic radiation is stronger.
2
You can try to make the process of locating strong magnetic fields more visible. Go to a major electronics store and ask them flat screwdriver. There are two types of screwdrivers, take one which has an led and three small batteries. Usually they burn red. House hold a screwdriver to any enabled device, swipe along the wires (even if they are mounted in the wall) – the more intense the light from the screwdriver, the stronger the electromagnetic radiation.
3
So how to measure electromagnetic radiation in the numbers of improvised means impossible, then used a special device. If your friends work for companies on labour protection, certification or service of the state, you can try to ask them for a special device, which will show you the magnetic field. It is called a manual analyzer electromagnetic field. The device is able to measure the level of electromagnetic radiation the most common frequencies. Switch on the appliance and put in the tracking mode the desired frequency. So how to keep track of all the readings simultaneously, set the mode of recording the measurement results, then view them on the computer. Units of radiation measurement are also set independently from the usual "volts per meter" to "microwatt per centimetre square".
Note
Remember that electromagnetic radiation is harmful to the human body and should be avoided.
