You will need
    • Liver (any) - 500 g
    • Egg - 2 PCs.
    • Onion (medium size) - 1 PC.
    • Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
    • Milk - 1/2 Cup
    • Flour - 1 Cup
    • Salt (to taste)
    • Vegetable oil (for frying)
    • Sour cream (for sauce)

Prepare the liver, rinse it. Pork, beef or veal - pour over boiling water, remove the tape. With chicken liver, remove veins. Cut into pieces the liver, scroll through a meat grinder together with peeled and pre-chopped onions.

Take two eggs. Wash them under cold water and whisk the eggs in a separate bowl. If beat the whites and yolks separately - pancakes will be more magnificent. Pour the resulting mass in the liver stuffing.

Stir in one tablespoon of mayonnaise. The higher the percentage of fat content of the mayonnaise, the better will be pancakes. Mix.

Pour in the weight of one glass is pre-heated, but not boiled milk. Mix.

Sift through a sieve one Cup of flour. Gradually introduce the flour into the minced liver. Continuously stirring to avoid lumps. The meat consistency should resemble thick cream. Salt put to taste.

On a heated pan evenly pour the oil. When the oil Taskforce tablespoon spread stuffing in a pan in the form of pellets (like regular pancakes). After one or two minutes flip the pancakes. Bring to readiness.

Put the still warm fritters on a dish slide. You can sprinkle them with grated cheese, chopped herbs. Feeding liver pancakes is better with sour cream, cream sauce or carrot-onion gravy.
