You will need

Remove with a knife or screwdriver behind the entire wall or floor ceramic tile (shoot, even if the tile breaks off parts). Then with a spatula clean the reverse side of the tile and the cell from the adhesive cement.

Then fill the chip with paint in advance of choosing it in the tone of the tiles.

Fill in the crack or chip on ceramic tile plaster and then cover the top of the restored part of the tile paint to match tiles.
