• 50 g of rice;
  • 70 g of smoked sausage;
  • 150 g mushrooms;
  • 200 g flour;

  • 4 tbsp of mustard oil;
  • 100 ml of warm water;
  • 2 tsp sugar;
  • 1 tsp salt;
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil;
  • any greens.


  1. Red rice, rinsed under running water, put in saucepan, cover with cold water (ratio 1:2.5) and boil until tender, following the directions on the package. Cooked rice remove from heat and cool.
