Pasta - easy and inexpensive
Pasta is a perfect dish that you can prepare dinner quickly, simply and inexpensively. For this you will need:
- 0.5 kg of minced meat;
- 250 g spaghetti or pasta;
- onion, carrots, and greens
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 2 tbsp tomato paste;
- salt to taste.
Slice and grate onions, garlic and carrots. Heat the pan with olive oil and place vegetables on it. Cook and stir 5 minutes. Add the carrot and simmer for another 5 minutes. Put in pan with black pepper and minced meat. Cook, stirring, about 10 minutes. Ideally, the meat should be small and crumbly enough.
Salt the dressing of meat. Add the chopped herbs, and tomato paste. Stir and cook another 3-4 minutes. Boil pasta in a separate pan for 5-7 minutes, slightly salted. Rinse in colander and add to the mince. Stir, add a Cup of water, cover and cook until done, put out under the lid closed for another 10 minutes.
Fried chicken – quick and filling
If you want to prepare dinner something quick, simple and cheap, pay attention to chicken dishes. Rich and lean meat that is prepared in dozens of different recipes, the fastest of which is the simple roast meat in the pan. You will need:
- whole chicken or its limbs (wings, legs, breast, etc.);
- 200 g of mayonnaise;
- pinch garlic pepper, turmeric and paprika or finished dressing for chicken;
- vegetable oil
- salt to taste.
Defrost the chicken, rinse with water and cut into portions. Give a little dry. The dish turned out lean, you can optionally remove the skin and remove subcutaneous fat. Grate the chicken with a mixture of mayonnaise, garlic pepper, turmeric and paprika or special ready-made seasoning. Allow the meat to zamarinuetsya for 30-60 minutes, then proceed to frying.
Heat the pan a little vegetable oil and without closing the lid, fry the chicken pieces with two sides until Golden brown (about 5-7 minutes per side). Add to the pan a little water, cover and reduce the flame. Simmer the meat on low heat for about 20-30 minutes. Cheesecakes at home – delicious and simple
Wanting to cook for dinner something quick, easy and inexpensive, try making cheesecakes of cottage cheese. It is a hearty and easy dish that is very loved by adults and children. For preparation 5-7 cheesecakes you will need:
- 250 g curd average fat content;
- 2 tbsp. flour;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar;
- vegetable oil.
Put the cream cheese in a large bowl. Break here the same eggs, sugar and mix mass so that it became more homogeneous and without lumps. Place in a bowl the flour and mix again. Sprinkle a little more flour in a separate saucer. Take in hand a small lump of dough, roll in flour and shape the bun. Make more pancakes from the remaining dough.
Preheat the pan with vegetable oil, put cheese cakes and slightly flatten the top. Fry on medium heat on both sides for 2-3 minutes until they are lightly browned. If the fire becomes too strong, the cakes will not be baked in. Put the finished dish in a plate and if desired sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cheesecakes go great with sour cream, jam or condensed milk.
