In order to play Counter-Strike without shields, you must run the game and wait for loading the game world. It may take from several seconds to several minutes, depending on the power of your computer.

Make sure that you have installed on your computer Counter-Strike supports games with gaming software modules, artificial intelligence, replacing the real enemy, that is, with bots.

If your game does not support play with bots, they will have to install manually before you launch the game. To do this, download one of the free bot programs, for example, Zbot. Unzip the downloaded file and resulting folder put it in the game directory (default is the folder Сstrike on the disk). Don't forget to confirm the replacement of some files when copying.

Join your preferred team, then call the console by clicking "~" on the keyboard. The console must prescribe command bot_allow_shield H. position Instead of X you can enter the values 0 and 1, where 0 is the ban on the purchase and use of bots shields, 1 – resolution.

Prohibit the purchase of shields possible and permanent way. For download free plugin No_shields for Counter-Strike 1.6. Unzip the downloaded archive and move the files with the extension .amx to directory cstrike\addons\amxmodx\plugins and the file with the extension .sma – to directory cstrike\addons\amxmodx\scripting. Disadvantage of this plugin is that for the game without shields, you must be the Creator of the specific online game.
