Assigning designations for THAT. Designation of Technical conditions in Russia has the following form: TU 1234-567-890АБВГД-2013, where "1234" is the first 4 numbers in the national classification of products (OKP); "567" is a sequence number THAT; "890АБВГД" code of the developer THAT according to the national classifier of enterprises and organizations (OKPO).

Title page. Is issued on a separate A4 sheet, showing:
1. Full and short names of organizations that develop these TU
2. Name of the person THAT approved the data indicating the position (often the Director or chief engineer). The date of approval.
3. OKP products
4. The name of the product indicating the model and modifications
5. The words "Technical terms"
6. The designation TU
7. A list of organizations that have agreed on a document showing the names and job titles of specific employees and date of approval
8. The place of development
9. Year of development

Introduction. Contains: a detailed description of the product, indicating a reduced (conventional) names, adopted for use in this document; the intended use of the product; scope in cases where scope should be limited; conditions. If you develop the technical conditions for certification (which is the certification body requires THAT), be sure to write in this section "the Data THAT can be used for certification purposes".
At the end of the chapeau should indicate an example entry of products when ordering.

Technical requirements. In General section should contain information about the quality of the product and its consumer properties. However, it is often divided into several subsections:
1. Main parameters and characteristics - basic information about the product (usually contained in the passport and operation manual; if not, it is that information which placed in the proposal).
2. Requirements for raw materials, materials, purchase products. How the input controls in your organization? Answering this question, you have a list of requirements for this section.
3. Completeness. Your products are delivered to the consumer one or includes several elements. Describe in detail all components which are supplied separately. List all the elements of a set of Spare parts, tools and accessories. Specify all documents that go to the product: passport, user manual, product data, Assembly instructions, packing list, etc.

Safety requirements. Describes the technical requirements that take into account all the possible hazards identified in earlier phases of product development. These requirements must ensure product safety throughout the lifetime of the product. Requirements should include:fire safety requirements; requirements for protective means and measures to ensure safety; electrical safety requirements; requirements of explosion safety; radiation safety requirements; security requirements from exposure to chemicals and contaminants; safety requirements for maintenance of machinery and equipment.

The requirements of environmental protection. Specify in this section: requirements of different kind of influences (chemical, mechanical, radiation, electromagnetic, thermal and biological); requirements for resistance of polluting, toxic substances in the environment; requirements for disposal and to the disposal of hazardous products and wastes.

Rules of acceptance. Describe the procedure for monitoring products in the stages of internal control, or show a product to the customer. Bring all the existing test program: receiving the acceptance, standard, periodic, on reliability. Describe what should be done with products that are not tested. Set the frequency of different kinds of tests.

Methods of control. Describes the methods of testing specified in the rules of acceptance. In General, each method consists of a number posledovatelna operations: sampling, equipment, space, testing, preparing for testing, conducting tests, processing of results.

Transporting and storage. Contains requirements to ensure product integrity during transportation. Lists the possible ways of transportation: air, road, river, sea or rail. Limited to range, speed, mechanical influences and loads, storage conditions (storage location, storage conditions, storage conditions, special conditions and storage period).

The instructions manual. If your products have any special instructions for installation, assembling and use, describe the data requirements in this section. It is also important to provide information about recycling.
