How to cook strawberry fruit ice

You will need:

- 500 grams of strawberries;

- 200 grams of sugar;

- 350 ml of water;

- 20 grams of starch.

Water boil, add sugar, enumerated and washed the strawberries and cook the mass for 15-20 minutes. Over time hot mixture blend (can use blender). In 50 ml of cold water, stir to dissolve the starch, then pour the starch mass to a strawberry and stir well. Once the mixture has cooled to room temperature, pour it into special molds or just in plastic cups, in the middle of each place a wooden stick and place in the freezer for a couple of hours.

How to cook lemon fruit ice

You will need:

two of lemon;

- 150 grams of sugar;

- 100 ml of water;

- teaspoon of gelatin.

Rinse the lemons in cold water, remove the zest from one fruit, and then squeeze the juice from both fruits. Gelatin soak in cold water, let it swell (leave for 15 minutes), and then heat the mass in a water bath and add to it the sugar, zest and lemon juice. Remove the mixture from heat, cool to room temperature, pour into moulds and freeze.

How to make Popsicles out of juice

You will need:

- 700 ml cherry juice (you can take any taste);

- 200 ml of water;

- 150-200 grams of sugar (depending on sweetness of juice);

- tablespoon of gelatin.

Cherry juice pour into a saucepan, add the sugar and place on high heat. Mix gelatin with water and leave to swell for 15-20 minutes. As soon as the juice is heated to a temperature of 60-70 degrees, pour in a gelatinous mass and whisk. The mixture is cool, pour into molds and freeze (do not forget in the center of each ice cream place special sticks).
