Chocolate icing butter

This frosting recipe will come in handy if you started to bake cookies.

So, stock up on the necessary ingredients:

  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 150 ml of milk
  • 60 g butter
  • you can add cinnamon

Melt the butter to such an extent that it can easily be mixed with cocoa. In the resulting mass, add the powder, and cinnamon. Next you need to preheat the milk, which flows to butter. All you have to do is stir a lot. Remember that the glaze should be applied on the cakes immediately, otherwise it will harden and become unusable for a true purpose.

Recipe white glaze

This recipe is often used if you want to decorate the doughnuts or muffins.

You will need:

  • 100 g white chocolate with no additives
  • 3 tbsp. butter

A bar of chocolate melted in a water bath: set a pot of water on the gas, and it put a pot of smaller size, where it will rest a bar of chocolate, broken into pieces. Stir the mass once the chocolate has melted, remove it from the water bath. In the same way you need to melt the butter. Then it is small – it only remains to mix these two ingredients. Optional in this recipe, you can add dyes, powdered sugar and cinnamon.

Chocolate glaze from sour cream

Recipe chocolate sour cream frosting is perfect for cakes and cupcakes.

You will need:

  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 60 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • vanilla sugar, powder and cinnamon – optional

Sugar, sour cream and cocoa mixed together and placed in a water bath. Ensure that the cocoa is not burnt, constantly stirring the mass. When the sugar has dissolved, add to the mix the softened butter and remove the glaze from the water bath. Wait until the mass has cooled and to decorate cakes.

Each recipe allows you to add to it something of their own. For example, nuts or marmalade.

These three recipes are simple, and the time spent on them, will not exceed 15 minutes. But homemade Goodies will be transformed in appearance, and the taste of the glaze will complement the stuffing. Therefore, we should not neglect the production of the glaze. Treat yourself and your loved ones.
