You will need

    • For the dough:
    • 3 eggs;
    • 1 tbsp. sugar;
    • 100 g of butter;
    • 200 g sour cream;
    • 0.5 tsp. of baking soda;
    • 100 g of nuts;
    • 2 tbsp cocoa;
    • 1,5 tbsp. flour.
    • For the cream:
    • 150 g butter;
    • 250 g of cottage cheese;
    • 1/2 can of condensed milk.
    • For the glaze:
    • 100 g chocolate;
    • 2 tbsp milk (water);
    • 1 tsp sugar;
    • 50 g butter.

    • For the dough:
    • 200 g of cottage cheese;
    • 2 tbsp. flour;
    • 1/2 tbsp. sugar;
    • 200 g of butter;
    • 1 tbsp sour cream;
    • a pinch of baking soda.
    • For the glaze:
    • 4 tbsp of sugar;
    • 2 tbsp milk;
    • 2 tsp cocoa;
    • 50 g butter.
Whisk the sugar and eggs with mixer. Melt the butter, slightly cool at room temperature and pour in beaten mixture. Add sour cream and soda.
Mix, add the cocoa powder, chopped nuts and again mix. Sift the flour, pour the mixture into it and knead the dough.
Grease a baking sheet or a baking dish with oil, sprinkle the edges with a sugar sand and lay out in her dough. Preheat the oven to 200oC. Bake the cake for twenty to thirty minutes.
Prepare curd cream. Put curd in a bowl, mash it with a fork, add the soft butter, condensed milk, and all mix well. Remove the cake from oven and refrigerate it. Put it on a dish, coat the cheese with cream.
Make the chocolate glaze. For this heat milk in a saucepan, stir into it the sugar, mix well. On very low heat, bring the mixture to a boil, stirring it with a spoon. In the boiling mixture add butter. When it has melted, add the slices of chocolate.
Stir the glaze with a spoon until chocolate is completely dissolved. Then remove from the heat and, while the glaze is not frozen, place it on the cake. After that, cut it into pieces of any shape. Place the finished cookies in the refrigerator to glaze froze faster.
To prepare cheese biscuits by following the recipe, wipe the cheese through a sieve or mash it with a fork. Add the flour, soda, sugar, melted butter and sour cream.
Knead the dough, it will turn out very dense. Place it on a cutting Board, sprinkle with flour, and flatten to a thickness of approximately half an inch. Cut from the layer of biscuits with a knife or a special cutter.
Grease cookie sheet, put it on cheese biscuits and place in a preheated 250ºc oven. Cool cookies and decorate it with icing.
To prepare the icing with cocoa, melt butter, add milk, sugar, cocoa powder. Place the mixture on a slow fire and stirring constantly, bring to the boil. Remove the cookware from the heat and, while the glaze is still warm, apply it on biscuits.
