The service is available to parents registered on the territory of Moscow. As of September 1 child must be at least 6.5 years.

Entry to the school is through the "Portal of State and municipal services of Moscow", which is located at the address https://pgu.mos.ru/ru/. You need to go to the website and complete the registration process. This will need to provide your name, social security number, and also email and mobile number for communication.

The remote application is on the website https://pgu.mos.ru/ru/services/link/2154/. You will have the opportunity to specify three preferred schools. One of them is the main residence, the other two are optional.

Before completing the form you need to agree to the processing of personal data. In a statement on entry to school you must specify a child's name; gender and date of birth; number, series and date of issue of the birth certificate of the child; the address of its registration and passport data of the parent.

Upon successful submission of the application it should allow the status of "Submitted. The application is prepared for transfer in IVF". After the application is processed the child must enroll in one of the schools. However, his application will be deleted automatically from other lists. Priority is given to siblings of a student already in school child.

The application for admission of child in first grade from September 1, 2015 can be submitted from 15 December 2014 to 5 September 2015.
