You will need
  • For the dough:
  • three cups of flour;
  • - 2 cups of milk;
  • - tablespoon of dry yeast;
  • - 100 grams butter;

  • For the filling:
  • two glasses of cranberries;

Take enameled saucepan, pour the milk into it, add sugar and salt and put on fire. Slightly heat the mixture (about 30 degrees), then remove the pan from the heat and add the yeast, two cups of flour. All mix well, cover with a tea towel, put in a warm place for 30 minutes.
