The history of kórnik

Preparation of kórnik with chicken

To create classic kurnik chicken you will need.

For the filling:

  • chicken breast — 1 PC.;
  • chicken legs — 2 PCs.;
  • onions — 2 PCs.;
  • 300 g mushrooms;
  • potatoes — 4 PCs.;
  • dill — 1 bunch;
  • salt, pepper — to taste.

For the dough:

  • 500 g flour;
  • 100 ml of milk;
  • 75 g butter;
  • 120 ml sour cream;
  • 100 ml mayonnaise;
  • 1 tsp. of baking soda;
  • salt (to taste).

Defrost chicken legs and breast, rinse and leave to dry on a paper towel. If you have a whole chicken, separate the legs and breast, these parts need to make a cake.
