The raw foodists can eat the following products:

  • leafy greens (lettuces, dill, parsley, Basil, nettle, etc.);
  • fruits (fresh or dried);
  • vegetables, except for starchy (fresh and dried);
  • berries (dried, fresh);
  • nuts and seeds (not roasted);
  • honey;
  • algae;
  • sea salt in small quantities;
  • dried herbs and vegetable oils, cold pressed;
  • sprouts of cereals and seeds (chickpeas, buckwheat, wheat, rye, oats, sunflower seeds, etc.);
  • water (live, i.e. structured, silicon).

Some products are valid up to 35-40 Celsius. This applies to products that do not lose their properties while processing: carrots, cabbage. It is also possible to brew the herbs in warm water (40 degrees Celsius). Of the acceptable products can be prepared many different and delicious dishes.

Allowed, but in limited quantities: sauerkraut, vinegar, sea salt, bananas, yogurt (depending on the type of raw food), onion, garlic.

In raw food there is some variation in acceptable products. So, raw foodists are divided into 5 main areas:

  1. Omnivorous raw foodists. With this way of eating all the allowable raw foods, until the meat, fish, eggs and all dairy products.
  2. Syamasundara. You can eat any raw and dried meat, but it is necessary to minimize greens, vegetables and fruits, oil, grains, all dairy.
  3. Raw foodists are vegetarians. Valid all eat vegetarianly, with the single exception - the food should not be cooked. Eggs and milk are permissible, exclude meat and fish.
  4. Raw foodists-vegans. Only raw food products of animal origin to exclude.
  5. Fructarians. Valid only fruit - fruit, berries, raw.
