When traveling abroad may be closed

To the debtor of the Bank was restricted to travel abroad, you must have entered into legal force court decision on the recovery of the debt on the loan. As restrictions on travel in connection with the debt on the loan



After the entry into force of the court decision on recovery of debt and the issuance of a writ of execution the bailiff at the request of the creditor (the Bank) or on its own initiative shall make to the debtor the decision on temporary restriction on travel. Before the adoption of this Ordinance the debtor may be given a specified time for the voluntary repayment of the debt. After that, the copy of the decision shall be sent to the debtor, and also transferred in the migration and border authorities. If restrictions on travel abroad, connected with the Executive document, which is issued by the court, creditor or bailiff has the right to file a lawsuit with the requirement to introduce such measures.

Restrictions on travel abroad is grounds for seizure of the debtor's passport. After the withdrawal of the passport is passed to the authority which issued it. If the person has not had time to issue a passport, in his extradition may be refused to remove the restrictions.

What needs to be done for the abolition of restrictions



In order to cancel restrictions related to crossing the border, the debtor must provide the bailiff of the evidence of debt repayment. After that, the bailiff shall issue a decision on the abolition of restrictions on travel abroad. The ban on travel abroad was withdrawn after receipt of this decision to the migration and border services.
