Tender chicken legs in convection oven
- 4 chicken leg quarters;
- 120 g thick natural yoghurt or a 20% cream;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1.5 tbsp of mild spices for chicken (sweet paprika, curry, marjoram, savory);
Peel the garlic cloves and grate on a fine grater. Thoroughly wash the drumsticks and remove excess hanging skin or it will burn when frying. Pat dry with a paper towel, RUB with salt, garlic and put in a tight container. Whisk in a Cup of yogurt or sour cream with spices and coat the sauce on the chicken pieces. Spicy chicken legs in convection oven

- 6 tbsp. of honey and ketchup;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- 0.5 tsp. adzhika;
- half a lemon;
Prepare the leg, remove the skin, sprinkle with salt on all sides and place in a deep bowl. Combine in separate bowl the ketchup with the honey and seasoning, squeeze lemon juice and crush the garlic cloves. Thoroughly mix all and pour over the fragments of chicken. Mix them with your hands to mainoumi composition dispersed evenly. Soak them for at least an hour but preferably several hours.
Warm the flask aerogrill, as required by the instructions, set the middle bars and put her lower leg at some distance from each other. Set the temperature to 200oC and speed at a moderate level. Cook the dish for 30-35 minutes, the last 5 of them – at 245oC.
Place the chicken in the convection oven with potatoes
- 6 chicken drumsticks;
- 5-6 potatoes;
- 150 g of 20% strength cream;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1.5 tsp curry and salt.
