You will need

Eat right. Exclude from your diet spicy sauces, fatty and sweet food. To establish the bowels prepare a mixture of 300 g of chopped prunes, 50 g of Senna leaf (one pharmacy packing), 100 g of vodka and 2 tablespoons of honey. Consume one teaspoon after dinner. Keep this mixture in the refrigerator.
Regularly clean the skin, using funds appropriate for your skin type. At least twice a week to do a special mask: 1 Cup of crushed in a coffee grinder oatmeal, add ½ teaspoon of sea salt and baking soda. 1 tbsp add 3 tbsp water. Mix thoroughly and apply to the skin. After 10-15 minutes rinse with warm water.
