You will need

Eat right. Exclude from your diet spicy sauces, fatty and sweet food. For Breakfast prepare the so-called "salad of beauty": in the evening pour 2 tablespoons of oat flakes 50 ml of boiling water; in the morning add 100 g cottage cheese, 2 tbsp sour cream, 1 chopped green Apple and 1 tsp honey. To enhance the taste of this salad by using nuts and dried fruits. If you are allergic to honey, use it with caution.

Eat at least 2 liters of fluid a day. Give preference to fresh-squeezed juices, green tea and sparkling water. Try to avoid coffee, strong black tea, carbonated drinks and alcohol. At night drink infusion of chamomile: 1 teaspoon pour a glass of boiling water.

Follow the gastrointestinal tract. The body must regularly get rid of toxins. To establish the bowels prepare a mixture of 300 g of chopped prunes, 50 g of Senna leaf (one pharmacy packing), 100 g of vodka and 2 tablespoons of honey. Consume one teaspoon after dinner. Keep this mixture in the refrigerator.

Regularly clean the skin, using funds appropriate for your skin type. At least twice a week to do a special mask: 1 Cup of crushed in a coffee grinder oatmeal, add ½ teaspoon of sea salt and baking soda. 1 tbsp add 3 tbsp water. Mix thoroughly and apply to the skin. After 10-15 minutes rinse with warm water.

Remove the residual makeup before going to bed. Regularly wash with soap brushes and brushes for applying makeup. Do not touch the face with hands.
