Newborn premature babies younger than 34 weeks (mean gestational age) is assigned by 150000 IU for daily use 1 suppository 3 times a day every eight hours. The treatment should take place within 5 days.

Remember the recommended number of courses of treatment with various infectious and inflammatory diseases: influenza, SARS and similar diseases, bacterial infection, meningitis, pneumonia (viral, bacterial, chlamydial), enterovirus infection — one or two courses; sepsis, CMV infection, mycoplasmosis, candidiasis two or three course of herpetic infection, two. The break between each treatment course should be 5 days.
