Before beginning the work of removing the lime from the surfaces, prepare everything you need: a brush on a stick, trowel, bucket, cleaning products and detergents, vegetable oil.

Begin removing the old layer of lime with a spatula. The maximum scour the entire layer, which began to move away from the wall or ceiling. In addition to spatula you can use iron brush or sander with sandpaper. So less dust, moisten the whole layer of warm lime water.

After removal of the base layer start the regular wash. Add hot water a tablespoon of detergent for dishes. Dampen the rag and rinse the lime from top to bottom. First, rinse all the lime from the ceiling, then proceed to wash the walls.

Systematically change the water in the bucket, rinse cloth in clean water and wash the walls and ceiling until, until the entire layer of whitewash won't wash off. If you find it difficult to wash off the plaster with a cloth, then brush on a long stick and carry out flushing with a brush.

If after cleaning the walls you need to hold their alignment, then use the putty. Apply it with a spatula and smooth with a trowel boards.
