You will need
- -Turkey fillet – 400 g
- -onion – 1 head
- -garlic – 3 cloves
- -cheese (hard) – 100 g
- -tomatoes – 2 PCs.
- -milk – 50 ml.
- -chicken egg – 2 PCs.
- -oil (vegetable)mayonnaise – 50 – 100 ml.
- -spices – optional
- -salt, pepper
Turkey fillet wash well in running cold water, remove the tape. Cut in half lengthwise, you get two halves of the fillet. Each half cut into 3 piece, they should be not too large.
