You will need
- - Carp – 1 kg;
- - Eggs – 3 PCs.;
- - Sour cream – 500 g;
- - Vegetable oil – 0.5 cups;
- - Onion – 2 PCs.;
- - Bread crumbs – 5 tbsp;
- - Parsley, dill – to taste;
- - Salt – to taste.
Prepare the fish. Carp should be cleaned and gutted but leave the head. Fish wash and dry and season with salt and now let it sit for 10 minutes.
Peel onions, finely chop. Pan put on fire, her pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil and heat. Sauté onions while stirring until Golden brown – fire should be medium. When onion is ready, turn off the heat under the pan to let a little stand.
Beat the eggs, mix them with the onions. Pour the breadcrumbs on a wide plate. The fish need to roll them first in a mixture of eggs and onions, then in breadcrumbs.
In a pan fry the fish until Golden brown on each side. Fried carp put in a container and pour sour cream. In sour cream add the egg, stir and pour this mixture.
Preheat the oven. Dishes with carp must be installed in the upper part of the oven. Bake about twenty minutes at 180-200 degrees. Feeding carp on the table, sprinkled with finely chopped greens.
On the back of carp it is possible to make cuts crosswise to remove them through small bones.
