You will need
  • - 1 kg small strawberries;
  • - 750 ml of vodka;
  • - 1 lemon.
Remove the lemon zest, try not to touch the white part of the fruit. RUB the peel on a grater or cut into small pieces. From the pulp of the lemon and squeeze the juice.
Each strawberry cut in half, fold the berries into a bowl, add the lemon zest and juice. Mix all together, cover with foil, put in a cool place (not the refrigerator, preferably in a pantry or on the balcony).
The mixture should steep for exactly one day, then fill it with vodka, cover the dishes, put away for another day in the pantry.
Prepare the container in which you will pour the finished drink. Will fit bottles of wine or vodka. Just keep in mind that they must hold close.
Strain the liquid into another container using a sieve. Macerate the pulp is not filtered, all of the liquid came out of it. Again, strain through cheesecloth, carefully squeezing at the same meal - the liquid should be as large as possible. After this meal you can throw.
Give strawberry liqueur to infuse for 20 minutes, then bottle. Later day can taste Italian strawberry liqueur.
