You will need
- - wheat flour - 9 tbsp.
- - chicken egg - 2 PCs.
- - sour cream - 4 tbsp
- - mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
- - vegetable oil ( to grease pan)
- Toppings: cheese, tomatoes, sausage, olives.

For the filling, cut sausage, tomatoes, olives. Cheese grate on a coarse grater.

Thoroughly mix flour, eggs, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth. Will not a thick, creamy dough.

The 1 stage of the dough pour into the pan, pre-greased with vegetable oil. The pan pre-heat is not necessary.

Over the dough evenly spread the filling: sliced sausage, tomatoes, olives. You can also use other toppings to your liking.

When you are done put the filling, liberally and evenly sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese. The more cheese, the tastier it will get a pizza.

Put the pan with the pizza on low heat and cover with a lid.

After 10-15 minutes the cheese on a pizza should melt.

Once the cheese is fully melted, the pizza can be removed from the plate.
Note
For cooking pizza the best suited frying pan with non-stick coating.

At the end of cooking the pizza, lightly sprinkled with spices for pizza.
