Traditional marinades



The choice of marinade for pork depends largely on personal tastes and preferences. However, there are time-tested recipes. One of them is the tomato marinade. For its preparation you will need:
- 3 liters of tomato juice;
- onions;
- coriander;
Basil;
ground pepper;
Sol.

Basil and cilantro wash, dry and finely chop. Onion peel and slice thin half-rings. Mix the tomato juice with the prepared greens, onions, season with salt and pepper. Mix well, pour prepared marinade and put pork for 1-3 hours in a cool place.


Instead of tomato juice for the marinade, you can use kefir, which is also blended with herbs, onions, pepper and any other spices intended for pork. Salted meat should be half an hour before cooking. In kefir marinade pork aged from 10 to 24 hours.

Schnitzel of pork can be marinated in a mixture of vegetable oil, lemon juice and brandy. To make the marinade for this recipe you'll need:
- 4 tbsp of olive oil;
- 2 tbsp lemon juice;
- 3 tbsp of cognac;
Sol;
- ground pepper.

Mix all the ingredients carefully on all sides, coat the pork cooked marinade and put in a cool place for 2 hours.

Exotic marinades



One of the win-win of the marinade, giving the pork a savory taste, is soy marinade. To do this, you must take the following components:
- 3 tbsp dark soy sauce;
- 2 tbsp of potato starch;
- 1 tbsp French mustard;
- 3 eggs;
- 2 cloves of garlic.

Garlic cloves peel and chop with a knife or skip through the press. Eggs whisk well. Thoroughly mix the soy sauce with the potato starch and mustard until smooth, add the garlic. Combine all ingredients. Pour soy marinade on the pork and refrigerate for 6 hours.

No less juicy and tasty pork Tuscan. For its preparation use a special sauce consisting of the following ingredients:
- 100 ml of dry wine;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 1 tbsp of honey;
- lemon juice;
- 1 tbsp of 9% vinegar;
- 50 ml olive oil;
- pepper;
Sol.

Mix the dry wine (if you want you can substitute ketchup) juice of one lemon, vinegar, honey, ground pepper, peeled and crushed cloves of garlic. Salt to taste, pour the pork marinade and place on 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.

To surprise and please guests is pork prepared with pineapple marinade. It will require:
- 1 medium size pineapple (can substitute canned);
a pod of red pepper;
- 2 bulbs;
- the juice of ½ lemon;
- vegetable oil.

Onions cleaned, cut into thin rings and mix with the pork pieces. Red hot pepper free from seeds, cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil. Mix in a blender all the ingredients: cut into large cubes pineapple, roasted pepper, lemon juice and a small amount of vegetable oil. Supposed to be mashed potatoes shaped mass. Pour pineapple mixture, pork and put in a couple of hours to marinate.
