You will need
- - 50 g of cocoa powder;
- - 0,5 article sugar;
- - 6 tbsp milk;
- - 1 teaspoon of starch;
- - 50 g of butter.

Connect sugar with cocoa powder and add little milk mix well the ingredients. Pour in the mixture traces of milk and again mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.

Place the saucepan with the milk mixture on medium heat and bring to the boil. Add in a boiling basis of butter, which was pre-melted in a water bath.

Cook the chocolate from cocoa powder for 2 minutes, then add to it the starch, stir and pour into the mold. First, you can pour half of chocolate, put on it a little nuts, raisins or other toppings and pour on top the remaining part of the chocolate mass. When chocolate has cooled, leave it in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Useful advice
To get the dark chocolate, use more cocoa powder.
For flavoring chocolate, brewed at home, you can use vanilla sugar or vanilla. The coffee aroma is obtained if during cooking the cocoa-milk mixture to add a little instant coffee.
