Regularly eat a variety of fresh greens and green vegetables: arugula, cabbage, spinach, broccoli, artichoke, chard and spirulina, alfalfa and other blue-green algae. The chlorophyll contained in them, stimulates the gastrointestinal tract and excretes harmful toxins. Broccoli has a high content of antioxidants and the ability to stimulate enzymes in the digestive tract. Keep in mind that young broccoli sprouts are much healthier than the Mature plant.

Fruits contain a large amount of fluid, which helps wash away toxins from the body. Fruit is very easily digested and contain antioxidants, nutrients, fiber and vitamins. Lemon juice cleanses the liver. Start each morning with a glass of water with lemon juice. Vitamin C is one of the best body cleansing vitamins, because it binds toxins and removes them.

Garlic stimulates the liver in producing enzymes that help remove toxins. And also is a great remedy for a variety of parasites living in the body.

Green tea is rich in antioxidants. It flushes out toxins from the body and contains catechins, which stimulate the function of liver and spleen.

Raw vegetables or raw vegetable juices to help the liver get rid of toxins. They contain sulphur and glutathione. Glutathione binds to toxins, and sulfur helps the liver to detoxify harmful chemicals. Sulphur deficiency is harmful to the body.

While cleansing eat hemp, olive or flax oil. This will help lubricate the gut wall, and toxins when ingested will be drawn out and absorbed oil.

And most importantly - always drink purified water, at least 2 liters a day. Water is an excellent detoxifier for the body.
