Cooking pancakes on milk

To cook fluffy pancakes without yeast, take:

milk – 400 ml;
- wheat flour – 300 ml;
- chicken egg – 2 PCs.;
- sugar is 30-60 g;

- vegetable oil.

Lush pancakes on milk can be cooked with yeast. To do this, take the following:

- flour – 500 g;
- dry yeast – 2 tsp;
- milk – 450 ml;
- chicken egg – 2 PCs.;
- vanilla sugar – 20 g;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
Sol – 0.5 tsp.;
- vegetable oil for the dough – 2 tbsp
- vegetable oil for frying.
For the dough, two teaspoons of dry yeast can replace 20 grams of fresh yeast.

You must first prepare the dough. Heat the milk (it should be warm but not hot), add sugar, Cup of flour and leave the dough for half an hour. During this time the dough should rise. While the dough rises, whisk whisk eggs. Then add them to the dough, there also pour the remaining flour, vanilla sugar, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and a little salt. All mix thoroughly and leave for half an hour.

Pancakes on kefir

Air-light pancakes get when you cook them with the use of yogurt (sometimes kefir substitute sour milk).


- kefir – 500 ml;

- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- flour – 500 g;
- soda – 1 tsp.;
- vegetable oil for frying – 2 tbsp

First lightly beat the egg with a fork or whisk, then add the yogurt. Mix thoroughly. Add to the mix the sugar, flour and salt, then soda. The dough is mixed and infused for 20 minutes.

So pancakes are cooked, it is advisable to cook them on low heat. If you prefer to bake pancakes on a frying pan with a thick bottom, cover not necessarily, the portions will be baked. If your frying pan is lightweight, Teflon, it is desirable to cover the pancakes with a lid.
