You will need
- for the dough:
- flour - 5 tablespoons with a slide;
- yogurt or sour milk – 500 ml;
- eggs – 1-2 pieces;
- vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon;
- sugar – to taste;
- salt – to taste.
- for frying:
- margarine butter – 100 grams;
- for the filling:
- apples of medium size, 5-7 pieces;
- or fresh cherry – 1 glass;
- powdered sugar for dusting – 2-3 tablespoons;
- ground Korets – to taste.
Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk them using a blender or a whisk. Add to the resulting mass of kefir or yogurt and mix everything well. Now add vegetable oil, salt and sugar and mix again. Add the flour last. Knead the dough. The resulting dough consistency should be similar to polugustoe sour cream, light and fluffy.
Now for the apples. Wash them, peel and carefully cut into slices.
If you decide to cook pancakes with cherries, then the cherries well and remove the wash from the berries of the bones.

Grease the pan with butter margarine.
Now lay out tablespoon portions of the dough into the pan.
Each portion of the dough on top put slices of apples, try to spread out the apples quickly, accurately and beautifully.
If you cook pancakes with cherries, then proceed in exactly the same: lay out each portion of dough a few cherries.
Wait until underside of pancakes are fried, then gently flip the pancakes to the other side and serumaga them.
The fritters are ready remove from the pan and place on a platter in a single layer. Now sprinkle the fritters with icing sugar.
If you want to give your pancakes a more sophisticated festive look, for the topping use icing sugar mixed with ground cinnamon. Serve finished pancakes for dessert along with tea, milk or coffee.
