One of the easiest and fastest ways to print the text on the diploma is the empirical (through trial and error) print in Microsoft Word. Type the text (name, name, reason for award or occupied space), take advantage of the position on the sheet a word processor, change the titles and text size using the toolbar "Formatting".

First print the document on plain paper, attach this sheet to test literacy. If the "sketch" accurately reflects the position of the words and formatting of letters, you can proceed to the final printing. In case of inconsistency the text fields of the certificates, it is possible to repeat the experiment with formatting again (using spaces, tabs, and pressing the newline (Enter)).

A more advanced method is the use of software scanning, intelligent text recognition and editing. These possibilities are provided by ABBYY FineReader. Install it in trial mode by registering on the company website ABBYY.com.

Scan the document and save it in any accessible format (jpeg, pdf or tiff). Open the file in FineReader, in the menu tab "Conversion" ("Conversion"), select "convert to doc".

You will receive a document that can be edited in the usual office format. Open it in the required field, enter the text, set the font using the toolbar "Formatting". At the end you can save the changes and bring the document to print.
