You will need

- - 300 ml heavy cream (36%);
- - quarter pound oblong (round) cookie;

- - 100 ml whipping cream (36%);
- - 100 g dark (milk) chocolate;

To prepare the dough: beat egg whites, in a few receptions add sugar, egg yolks. Then add the sifted flour, cocoa, baking powder, grated chocolate. Stir gently so the foam didn't fall.

To prepare the round container, having the shape of a hemisphere with a diameter of about 20-22 cm and a height of 10 cm (the pan) with aluminum foil.

Prepare strawberry mousse: in a saucepan put strawberries (frozen without thawing), lemon juice, sugar. Heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Mix with a blender into a puree.
Soak the gelatin in cold water, give to swell. Fully allow to dissolve in a water bath or in a microwave oven, cool at room temperature.
Whipped chilled cream, gradually add in strawberry puree, mix gently. Ready strawberry mousse to fill chocolate cake. Put cookies. Refrigerate for a few hours, preferably overnight.

To prepare chocolate cream: in a small saucepan, bring almost to the boil whipped cream . Remove the pan from heat, add chocolate slices, allow to stand for 2 minutes, then stir to make a smooth chocolate cream.

Note that frozen berries lot of water and therefore should not be mistaken with a quantity of gelatin.
