You will need
  • For the cake:
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 225 g of flour;
  • - 225 g butter;

  • - 3 tablespoons of hot water;
  • - 225 g of crystalline sugar;
  • For the cream:
  • - 450 g strawberries;
  • - 350 ml of cream;
  • - 3 tablespoons Kirsch (brandy);
  • - 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
  • - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
  • For the glaze:
  • - 300 ml of fat cream;
  • - 250 g of milk chocolate(40 % cocoa);
Prepare the dough. Mix cocoa powder with hot water and wait until cool. Fold in large container of softened and diced butter, stir in the sugar, enter eggs, flour mixed with baking powder and dissolved cocoa. Beat with a mixer blend until a thick homogeneous mass.
