Download the latest version of iTunes on your computer. For this you can use the appropriate menu section of Apple's website. After downloading the installation file, navigate to the downloads directory of your computer and run it, then follow the instructions on the screen. After installation run through the shortcut on the desktop.

Connect your iPad to your computer using the USB cable that came in one package with the device. After that, you will need to convert your device into recovery mode. To do this, press and hold the center key of the iPad and the power button at the same time.

Once the tablet screen turns off, release the power button while the Home key is pressed, leave. After a few seconds the iTunes window will display a message stating that you must produce a restore operation. Press "Restore".

Will begin downloading the latest software version for your device. Wait for download and verification process and decompress the data. After some time on the tablet screen you will see a strip that will show the restoration process.

Once the procedure is finished, you will see a notification in the iTunes window. In this case, your iPad will launch and you will be able to continue to use it. The restoration is completed.

The restore operation of the software will delete all the data stored on your device, so it is advisable to always keep a backup copy of the data for their subsequent use. To store the backup, you can use the "Create backup" in the settings window of your iPad in iTunes. To restore from backup, go to "Browse" your device in iTunes and press "Restore from backup".
