For its preparation you will need: 1.5 liters of milk, 1 jar of leaven "Bifivit", 2-3 tablespoons of raspberry jam, cherries. Thoroughly wash the pan, rinse it with boiling water and pour the milk into it. Put it on the fire, bring to boil and simmer for five minutes. Prepare the jars from the yogurt maker: wash and pour over boiling water.

Cool the milk to room temperature. Add to it the starter and mix thoroughly. Pour the milk in the jars, put them in the yogurt maker. Turn it on and set the timer for 6-9 hours. The cooking time depends on the desired thickness of the drink.
If you need a more creamy, increase the cooking time.
Put the finished drink in the fridge for two hours. Before serving, put in "Bifivit" raspberry jam, cherries.
