To start prepare the pork. It must be cut into small layers with a maximum height of 0.5 mm. Added to the meat, mayonnaise, spices, salt and pepper to taste, finely chopped garlic and a little soy sauce for taste. Leave to marinate for at least an hour.

Prepare the mushrooms. They must be fully defrosted and cut into small pieces. Small cut onions, carrots three on a grater. In vegetable oil fry all these ingredients until soft 10-15 minutes. Can be quite a bit of salt.

Potatoes cut thin slices, to make it faster ready. Add the mayonnaise, a little salt and mix thoroughly.
