You will need
    • 1 kilogram of raw pistachios
    • salt to taste
    • any not too spicy seasoning
Pre-prepare pistachios: this will clean them from the shell and other husks. Grains nuts must be absolutely clean. Then dip them in boiling water and let them boil for five minutes. Then, remove them with a colander and dry thoroughly.
