Submit a report to the chief (commander) of a military unit, which runs the service, on early termination of the contract. Will detail in the report the reasons for the continuation of the service under the contract is not possible.

Wait until the meeting of attestation Commission. The reasoning for its decision on termination of the contract to the certification Commission.

Get a resolution certifying to the Commission that the reasons for early termination of the contract, recognized as valid (disrespectful). But, before giving a specific opinion of the attestation Commission is obliged to carefully and comprehensively analyze the reasons that prompted you to report the termination of the contract on their own. Therefore, after considering all the reasons, the attestation Commission can accept these circumstances as valid, and Vice versa, disrespectful (of great importance how convincing you argued your report).

Wait for the final decision of the commander (chief), adopted on the basis of the findings of the certification Commission. Any decision taken by the attestation Commission, the final resolution on pre-term dismissal of the contractor from military service still imposed by the commander (chief) who is empowered to issue orders of dismissal from service.

Note that the commander (chief) can take both positive and negative decision on early termination of contract servicemen. A negative decision by the commander has the right to take even when the certification Commission recognized the reasons given in the report, respectful.
