In any case, in the organization where you applied, you are required to give a written answer.

Click on it and go to the next page.

On the page that can directly send a letter, you can choose how you would like to get an answer. You can write an email or a regular letterm. Put a dot in the appropriate column.

Carefully fill out the questionnaire. It includes the most common questions that you probably already answered when registering on various websites or social networks. You must indicate the surname, name and patronymic, e-mail, phone number, social status, country and region.

Write actual treatment. Try very clearly and briefly formulate the problem. The text of the letter should not exceed 2,000 characters. Other documents can be attached. But the attachment size should not exceed 5 MB. So try to optimize the files before you attach them to the letter.

After you send the letter, you should come to a response from the presidential administration that it received and considered. Some time later you will receive a response from the structure, which is competent to solution your question.

To the President of Russia can be accessed through social networks. However, it can be done only in the case if you refer to a state policy, the constitutional order and other matters of public interest. All that relates to personal problems, the moderators will delete.
