Remove the videos manually using the file menu in your phone. Select the file you want to delete and delete them, or remove them individually.

Reset the firmware of the phone. In order to perform this action, you will need a special code to reset the firmware. Use the search engine to find the contact support of the manufacturer of your cell phone or contact the service center. In order to receive the code, you'll need the IMEI identification number of your phone. You can find it by dialing *#06# or opening the back cover of the phone and removing the battery. Let IMEI and request code reset firmware, then use it. Keep in mind that the use of this code will completely erase all content on your phone.

Synchronize your phone with your computer. For this you will need driver and software for synchronization and data cable. Usually you can find these components in the package. Otherwise, use the search to find the driver and software. The best option is to download them from the official website of the manufacturer of your phone. Install the driver and software after that connect the phone to the computer. Make sure that the program "sees" your phone, and then delete the desired video from your phoneusing computer. Wait until the operation is complete, then safely eject the phone and reboot it.

If your videos are stored on the memory card, remove it from the phone. Connect to the computer, then insert the memory card. Wait until you see the removable disk in "My computer". Open the memory card and delete the video. Remove the memory card and insert it back into the phone.
