Decide for whom you need to make a presentation, and what results we need to achieve at its completion. Agree, view, scale, form submission will largely depend on your goals and the audience for which intended information. Review all existing materials and think about what data you need to convey to the public and how best to submit or lighting.

Find out the budget you have to prepare your presentation. The bigger the company, the more funds can be allocated for a project. Based on the budget, determine the method and style of presentation. If your goal is to convey information to colleagues with a very limited budget, then the best option will be making presentations in a computer program, e.g. Power Point. You can make a template of the inner slide or book page design from a third party company.
