You will need
- cabbage 1kg;
- carrots 1 PC;
- onion 1 piece;
- 200g mushrooms;
- tomato paste 2-3 tbsp. l;
- water 1/2 Cup;
- bell pepper 1 PC;
- tomatoes 2pcs;
- sausage or sausage 100 g;
- salt
- oil
- granulated sugar to taste;
- pork 400 g;
- tomato paste 2 tbsp

Take the average head. Shred cabbage and place in a deep pan. Add the butter, and add 1/2 Cup water. Simmer, covered for 60 minutes on medium heat. Take and chop the onion, then saute onions, mushrooms and grated carrots in oil. Add the tomato paste and 1/2 tsp of sugar and mix well. Five minutes until cooked cabbage, add Skovoroda fried vegetables with mushrooms. Add spices and herbs and simmer another five minutes.

Take a medium head of cabbage, shred it. In a large pan, heat sunflower oil. Put the cabbage and cover. Peel two onions and finely slice them. Put the onions on top of cabbage and close the lid. Peel and grate the carrots. Mix the cabbage and top with grated carrot. Stir and add bell pepper and tomatoes. Simmer, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes. Then, at the end, add sliced sausage or hot dogs. Make a small fire and simmer for another bag of seven minutes. Add a couple tablespoons of tomato paste and continue to simmer for five minutes.

Cook the stew in the pressure cooker. Take a medium cabbage and slice it medium cubes. Rinse pork and cut in small pieces. In a pressure cooker on the bottom, pour vegetable oil and heat it. Cut onions, carrots grate. Onions and carrots, place in a pressure cooker and cook with lid open for five minutes. Then add the meat and spices. Close the lid and cook for 15 minutes. Then open the cover. Add the cabbage, spices, tomato paste or two sliced tomatoes, 1/2 tsp of sugar. If the cabbage is young and juicy, then add the water need not, itself cabbage will give juice. If the cabbage is too dry, add 1/2 Cup water. Add a little more vegetable oil. All move and close the lid. Simmer everything for about 40 minutes.
