    • 1/2 Cup softened butter or margarine;
    • 1.5 cups of flour;
    • 1/2 tsp salt;
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder;
    • pinch of Cayenne pepper;
    • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese.
    • For dietary oat crackers:
    • 200 g of oatmeal;
    • 100 ml of milk;
    • 100 ml of water;
    • 1 tsp thyme;
    • 1 tsp. salt.
