Traditional pancakes are, of course, pancakes on the dough - yeast dough. As the name implies, they are made using yeast. In order to prepare the dough, you need a deep bowl or a saucepan, dissolve the yeast in two cups of warm water. You then add 500 g of flour, stir well, cover with a clean cloth and leave in a warm place.

After about an hour the dough should come up. Then it is necessary to drive the egg yolks, add salt, sugar, melted butter or margarine. You then need to gradually pour in the dough the remaining flour, carefully stirring it. It should be quite smooth, smooth, without lumps.

Then you need to (gradually) adding the warm milk, continuing to stir, then put back into heat. When the dough has risen, stir it to make it settled. Then this procedure should be repeated again, and then to combine with the dough whipped into foam egg whites.

It's time to begin baking yeasted pancakes. To the first pancake not turned out lumpy, be sure to strongly heat the pan. Do not spare the butter, but do not pour it over the top. Don't forget to flip the pancakes so they don't burn.

If you want you can make pancakes with so-called "surplus", that is with spices. They may be pieces of herring, onion, boiled egg, apples... For the pancakes "pripek" selected seasoning should be put on a heated and greased pan. Pour the batter you need for seasoning, then bake as usual pancakes.
