Contact the nearest office of MTS and inform the employee that he would like to refuse the services of MTS. What's your number data for the contractand wait until the operator verifies that there are no arrears on your phone.

If the balance of your number was negative, take the employee a receipt and make the necessary amount through the cashier. In case of absence of debts before the MTS take from the operator the application form for termination of the contract.

In the top field enter the number from which you want to give up. Then enter your full name and passport data. Don't forget to leave another phone number.

Next, indicate the number of your personal account at the contractand the date of its conclusion. If you cannot remember this information, check with staff.

Select the appropriate reason for the termination of the contractand MTS. As the reason of refusal of service of MTS , indicate low quality links, poor service, moving to another region, financial problems, switch to another cellular provider, the decision to use a different number of MTS or the debt repayment after receipt of the claim.

If you want to transfer money from accommodation, refused, to another account MTS, then select the desire to pay the remainder as a down payment and enter the desired phone in the appropriate field. To take money in the cashier, select a line about going to get the money in cash.

To transfer balance on credit card enter your name as they appear on the card, expiration date, number and the personal account in the appropriate section of the application. To transfer funds to a Bank account, not tied to a plastic card, indicate the name of the Bank, BIC, CAT, current, correspondent and account.

Confirm that you want to refuse the services of MTS, signature and date. After the employee accepts the paper, be sure to ask for a copy of your written refusal of service.
Note
Upon termination of the contract compensation for unused you discounts and bonuses provided by MTS, shall not be issued.
