You will need

The first diet of the child vegetable puree should consist of only one vegetable.

First thoroughly rinse vegetables with hot running water, using a nylon brush.

Slice the zucchini and potatoes in small cubes, carrots to RUB on a large grater.
Potatoes and zucchini, it is desirable to soak in boiled water for 2-3 hours, then drain the water and proceed with cooking vegetables.
Cooking steamed vegetables:Place vegetables in the steamer in layers, set the timer for 35-40 minutes.
If the vegetables are boiled, then put in boiling water they need at a time. First put the potatoes, after boiling, it needs to boil for 5-7 minutes, then add the carrots and after another 5 minutes the zucchini. Vegetables should be cooked over low heat in a small amount of water until tender. Water should barely cover the last layer of vegetables, so the vegetables retain the maximum useful properties.
Prepared vegetables put in blender, pour a little vegetable broth and whisk vegetable mixture until smooth.
In ready mashed potatoes add 1 tsp vegetable oil (can use sunflower and olive oil), stir.
If the child has not tried the oil, the first time added a few drops and gradually increasing to 3-5 ml.
Put in a toddler bowl the required number of puree, for a child of 5-6 months the volume of feed equal to 200-250 grams. Cool food to 35-36 degrees and feed your baby.
Store the finished puree in the refrigerator for days.
