Maternity leave is granted on presentation of the sick leave issued in the antenatal clinic. The number of available days depends on how many children a woman expects. With singleton pregnancy and normal childbirth a woman 70 days before childbirth and 70 days after childbirth. In multiple – 196 days 86 – before birth, 120 after. All money is given to the total amount after calculation of sick leave. Payment is made at the rate of average earnings in 24 months.
If the woman had a difficult birth or multiple pregnancy it was discovered during delivery, then the additional days are paid by the special sick leave after childbirth. For a difficult birth – 14 days for a multiple pregnancy is 56 days.
To further extend maternity leavecan take another vacation before maternity leave.
Paid leave to care for a child up to six years starts after the end of vacationand maternity. It is granted at the woman's request and presentation of documents, which include: birth certificate, certificate from the place of his father that he does not use this vacation. Payments are made monthly at the rate of 40% of average earnings in 24 months.
To extend leave for child care, you need to apply to the head company. The vacation shall be extended until the child reaches three years of age.
No other types of vacations child care is not necessary, and extend the time of care only if the woman never used another vacation.
