You will need
- 2 liters of milk;
- 1 teaspoon of sour cream;
Add the milk cream and stir.
Place the milk in a warm place for souring on the day.
Pour soured milk into a saucepan and put in a water bath for 25-30 minutes. Do not stir.
When the milk curdle, remove from the heat.
Cover the sieve with cheesecloth and strain the whey from the curd.
Tie the curd in the cheesecloth to compress and remove excess whey.
The serum is cool.
Prepared serum stored in the refrigerator.
The serum can be used as a standalone drink, and the basis for baking or desserts. In addition, whey is widely used in cosmetology. Serum stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
